What is the onboarding process?

Getting started with OperateX is a straightforward process and takes less than 5 minutes. Here is what to expect:

• Create your account - Sign up with your email address and verify it. No password is required.

• Complete your profile - Add your personal details including your name, address, and contact information.

• Verify your identity - Complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued ID and a short face verification. You will be redirected to our verification partner to complete this step. This is a one-time process.

• Sign the agreement - Review and sign the OperateX service agreement to activate your account.

Once your account is active, you are ready to add your first client and send your first invoice.
