How do I add a recipient for a transfer?

Before initiating a transfer you need to add a recipient. To add a recipient:

  • Select the country where the recipient's bank account is held

  • Enter the account details: account name, account number, bank code (this varies by country — for example IFSC for India, IBAN for Europe), and the recipient’s address information


  • The account details are automatically validated and a verification code is sent via email to confirm the recipient.

  • Once you confirm, the recipient is created and added to your account.

Once added, the recipient will be saved to your account and can be reused for future transfers.
