How do I create an invoice?

Creating an invoice on OperateX is a straightforward process. Here is how it works:

Add your client

Before creating an invoice you need to have a client added to your account. To add a client you will need:

  • Client name and address

  • A contact person email address - this is where the invoice will be sent once approved

Create the invoice

  • Select the client you want to invoice

  • Choose the currency in which you want to invoiceโ€จ(This should be one of the supported currencies)

  • Set the invoice date and due date

  • Add invoice items - Each item has a description, quantity, price and discount (if applicable)

  • Once you complete add all the invoice items, review the invoice total and add any discount amount if required.

  • Save the invoice once everything looks good

Submit for review

Once you are happy with the invoice, submit it for review. The OperateX team will review the invoice and either approve it or request changes. Once approved the invoice is automatically sent to your client via email. You will be notified via email for all the updates related to the invoice.
