Can I modify an invoice after it has been submitted?

It depends on the current status of the invoice.

  • Draft - The invoice can be freely edited or deleted at any time.

  • In Review - The invoice has been submitted to the OperateX team and can no longer be edited. If changes are needed, the OperateX team will mark the invoice as Update with a note explaining what needs to be changed.


  • Update - The invoice can be edited and resubmitted for review.


  • Sent and beyond - Once the invoice has been approved and sent to your client it can no longer be edited.
