Is my money safe with OperateX?

All funds received through OperateX are securely processed and managed by Airwallex, our banking partner. Once a payment has been cleared, the funds are reflected in your OperateX balance and are available for you to use.

Where does my money sit?

All client payments received through OperateX are held in a dedicated Airwallex account operated by Renam Pte. Ltd. This account is used exclusively for user funds - it is not mixed with any other company funds.

Who is Renam Pte. Ltd.?

Renam Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated private limited company and the entity that owns and operates the OperateX platform. It is the legal entity that receives client payments on your behalf and issues invoices to your clients. Your balance is tracked individually - every deposit, withdrawal, and transfer is recorded against your account specifically.

Who holds the funds?

The dedicated account is held with Airwallex, a regulated financial institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and operating across multiple jurisdictions globally.

Can I withdraw at any time?

Yes. You can transfer your balance to any supported bank account or to your OperateX card at any time, subject to standard processing times.

What does OperateX do with my balance?

Nothing, until you instruct it to. Your funds are not lent, invested, or used for any other business activity. They sit in the dedicated Airwallex account until you choose to withdraw or spend them.
